Feel The Power!
The first of many acclaimed Solar Powered
Streetlights has been illuminating Vine Street for over two weeks now. The
structure of concrete & steel is nestled in the boulevard rain garden of
Schmeeckle Trails Subdivision. Merging the free & clean benefits of
nature, and today's technology, this streetlight is anything but ordinary!
So, take the time to drive by Vine and see the first permanent solar powered
streetlight in Stevens Point!

Moses Creek Donation
As part of Schmeeckle Trails Subdivision development, a donation of 5.25 acres
has been given to UWSP's Schmeeckle Reserve! This addition to the reserve makes
way for a new elevated boardwalk (now underconstruction), and future wetland
preservation. You can visit

Neighborhood on the Trail
Progress on the 'Neighborhood on the Trail' project continues, with the removal
of the old home located on the future site of development.
Courtyard House
If you have been past Schmeeckle Trails lately, you may have noticed Revelations
constructing a new residence on Vine street. The two story home located on
a single-family lot is due to be part of the 2008 GSHBA Parade of Homes. For

Schmeeckle Trails - Phase 2
The Schmeeckle Trails development is moving into construction of Prairie Single
Family lots this month. These Single Family lots will showcase smart
homes, and further establish our focus on green building concepts. We are
proud to announce the approaching construction of a prototype home. Due to begin
construction on a single family lot in the coming weeks.
Staff News
Andy Lippart has
finished the first year of his architect apprentice. Andy is responsible for the
upkeep of the webpage, CAD drafting, and special construction projects.
Dan Yudchitz is entering his last year of his masters program at the University of Minneapolis. His thesis work will culminate his 3 ½ year program.
Sandy Crawford has taken over the office manager position last April, and has become a real asset in following thru with project administration.

Revelations Anniversary
Revelations is in the last 3 months of its first 30 years. It's hard to
believe that time moves at the pace it does. Throughout the evolution of the
company, it has always been our main focus to continue providing unique and
quality driven solutions.
Sail Stairway Completed
The sail stairway in Door County was finished in August and shows our approach
to the simple problem of getting to the lake. Enjoy our pictures. It
was almost as fun building the stair as it looks.

Revelations Parade Home
The construction of our latest home in Schmeeckle Trails is complete! As
part of the GSHBA 2007 Parade of Homes, The
Flight Path Home received plenty of positive attention and good feedback from
the public.

The Forest View Lots in
Schmeeckle Trails are going fast! If you are interested in securing one of the
remaining lots, please call our office 715-341-5588. Availability is
narrowing, but prime locations are still obtainable.
Prairie Single Family
We will be starting
construction of a new prototype home in Schmeeckle Trails, that will showcase
further development of Revelations' Schmeeckle Trails design concepts. Scheduled for completion in
the fall, we will keep you

Homeward Bound
After a long, studious, semester in Switzerland, Daniel Yudchitz is homeward
bound! We look forward to Dan's safe, speedy, return to Revelations this week.

Switzerland Bound!
Daniel Yudchitz, a Revelations designer, is
traveling to Switzerland to study at the Chur Institute of Architecture for the
Spring 2007 semester. He is pursuing his masters degree in Architecture.
